Multitrack Audio

Multitrack Audio Definition - What is Multitrack Audio?

A multitrack is the process of putting multiple tracks of audio together, each track being from a separate audio source, and combining them to produce a single audio file in which all audio files can be heard simultaneously. Multi tracking is useful because it can create different audio effects as well as allowing the audio mixer to layer perfect audio samples on top of each other.
